Healthy Chinese Style Brown Rice



Ingredients

1 cup brown rice
1 onion
1 small capsicum
4-5 florets of broccoli
4-5 garlic cloves
1 carrot
1 green chilly
1/4 cup cabbage
1 tbsp ginger
1tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp green chilly sauce
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

All the vegetables are to be chopped.

Method

Boil the brown rice till cooked( always put extra water while boiling). Strain the rice.

In a pan add olive oil, add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, make sure not to overcook the vegetable, they should not loose the crunch. Add salt and the sauces. Add the rice and mix it.

Healthy chinese style brown rice is ready.
