Ingredients:
1/2 apple diced
1 medium onion diced
1 medium tomato diced
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup corns
1 cucumber peeled and diced
3/4 cup capsicum diced
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar( can substitute with honey)
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1/2 lemon
Method:
Add all the vegetables in a bowl. Add sugar, salt and black pepper. Squeeze lemon in it.
Take a pan and heat olive oil( pomace), add sesame seeds in it, wait for it to crackle (make sure not to burn them). Once the seeds are done, add this to the vegetables and mix it. The salad is ready. You can keep it in fridge for some time, it tastes better when cold.
You can actually add a lot of other veggies and fruits like carrot, cabbage, pineapple, oranges.
