Dahi ke kebab


Ingredients

2 cups Hung yogurt
1 cup paneer grated
1 medium Onion chopped
2 Green chillies chopped
1 tspBlack pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves chopped2 tablespoons
1 tbsp all pupose flour
2 tbsp oil

Method

Take hung yogurt in a bowl. Add paneer, onion, green chillies, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves and flour.



Dampen your hands, take a portion of the mixture and shape into a kebab (one cm thick). If you find it hard to roll, u can use some flour and roll it in the flour.

Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the kebabs till golden in colour.



Serve hot with a chutney or sauce.
