Choorma



Ingredients

2 cup Wheat Flour
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2-3 Cardamom
4-5 Almonds chopped
4-5 Cashews chopped
2 tbsp ghee
Gheè for Paratha
Water to make dough

Method 

In a bowl make dough adding flour, 2 tbsp ghee and water. 

Now divide the dough into 4 balls and roll into roti or parathas ( keep them little thick)

Heat tawa/skillet/griddle on medium flame and cook the paratha applying ghee.

Once the parathas are cooked, roughly break the parathas into small pieces allowing them to cool fast.

In a mixer, grind the broken parathas pieces and cardamom to get a crumb like coarse texture.

Combine the crumb and powdered sugar together in a bowl using spoon or hands. Mix them well together.

Garnish with dry fruits.

Choorma is ready. Serve with dal.
