250gms Spinach ( blanched & chopped )
5-6 cloves Garlic
1 medium sized Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1/2 Capsicum chopped
1/2 Zucchini chopped
1/2 cup Corn
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Butter, 2 tbsp soft butter
1/2 cup cheese grated
Bread slices 6
Salt to taste
Method
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saute it. Then add the chopped Spinach, salt and black pepper and let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Once cooked let it cool for sometime.
Spread the spinach on two slices of bread,then place all the vegetables and put cheese on the top. Grill it in a sandwich maker or on tawa using butter.
Sandwich is ready, serve with tomato ketchup.
