Vegetable Vermicelli Chinese Style

Ingredients 


Vermicelli 1.5 cup
Carrots 1/4 cup
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Onion 1 medium 
Cabbage 1/4 cup
Zucchini 1/4 cup (optional)
Chilly 1
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Soya sauce 1tsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
Green chilly sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp

Method
 
Boil vermicelli in water for 5 mins or till cooked, adding 1 tbsp oil so that it doesn't stick. Strain once cooked and keep in cold water and strain again.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add all the vegetables and salt. Cover with lid and let the vegetables cook for 5-10 minutes.


Once the vegetables are cooked add all the sauces and the vermicelli. Mix them all together and cook for 2 minutes.
Vermicelli is ready to be served.
