Red Sauce Pasta


Ingredients

1.5 cups Boiled Pasta/ Spaghetti
5-6 Florets of Broccoli chopped
1 medium Zucchini chopped
1 Onion chopped
Chilly falkes
Salt to taste
Grated Cheese for garnishing

Red Sauce 

5 medium size Tomatoes
1 Onion 
4-5 Cloves of Garlic
2-3 Basil leaves crushed
1 tbsp cheese grated
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilly flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Take tomatoes, onion and garlic in a mixer amd make a puree out of it.
In a pan heat oil and add crushed basil leaves, puree, grated cheese and cook it for 15 minuted or till thick.
Add salt and seasoning.
Sauce is ready.

Method

In a pan heat oil and add all the vegetables and saute for 5 minutes .

Add the sauce in the vegetable and add the boiled Pasta. Mix it well with light hands.

Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.

Pasta is ready serve with grated cheese on top.
