1/2 cup Ripe Banana
3-4 Strawberries
1/2 Cup Apples
1/2 Cup Pineapples
1/4 Cup Grapes (optional)
Golden Sauce
3/4 cup Mangoes ( i used Alphonso, pulp)
2 tbsp Low Fat Curd
1 tbsp sugar optional ( can also be substituted with honey)
Method
Chop all the fruits, half the grapes.
Mix the mango pulp and curd well, i used mixer. Add sugar if you want it sweet.
Now pour this sauce on the fruits and refrigerate.
Can garnish with chopped dryfruits and strawberries.
** It is a healthy, low cal dessert, you can add any fruit of your choice and very quick and easy to make.
