Ingredients
2tbsp All purpose flour
265 ml milk
1 cup chopped Spinach
1 tomato sliced
1 carrot chopped
2-3 beans chopped
2-3 florests Broccoli chopped
1/2 zucchini chopped
1/2 cup peas
2 cup garted cheese
1 tsp black peper
1/2 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
( any vegetable of choice can be added)
Method
In a bowl take olive oil, add flour and mix well . Now slowly add the lukewarm milk , mixing it well to get a liquid lump free consistency. Heat a pan and add the above mix, keep stirring regularly.
Add salt, sugar, black peper and 1 cup cheese. Keep stirring for 5 minutes. Add chopped spinach and turn off the flame. Boil all vegetables apart from tomato and spinach and add pinch of salt while boling.
Once cooked (10-15 mins max) remove from flame and strain them. Add the vegetable to the sauce and mix. Take a baking dish and grease it with olive oil, now pour the sauce mix and garnish with sliced tomatoes and grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20mins on 200 ( or till the top layer turns red/brown)..
