Pasta Salad ( Low Cal)



Ingredients

Wheat Pasta - 1 cup boiled
Low fat Hung Curd -1.5 cup
Honey -1.5 tbsp
Black Pepper powder - 1tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1tsp
Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Cabbage -1/4 cup chopped
Carrots -1 medium, chopped
Onion - 1 medium, chopped
Corn kennels - 1/4 cup
Lettuce - 1/4 cup (optional)
Olives -  2-3 chopped (optional)
Capsicum -1/4 cup chopped
Apple - 1/4 cup chopped
Grapes - 8-10 halved
Salt to taste
Olive oil 1 tsp

Method

Boil the Pasta till cooked, remove it from water.

In a bowl mix all the chopped fruits and vegetables and add honey, curd, salt and rest of the seasonings.

Now add the boiled pasta to this and mix all of them together gently.

Drizzle some olive oil on it.

Keep it in fridge for sometime. Serve cold.


Notes:

You can actually use any vegetable of your choice or whatever is easily available at home.
