Lehsun Ki Chutney ( Garlic Chutney)



Ingredients

Garlic 10-12 Cloves
Dry Red Chilly 8-10
Curd 3/4 cup
Oil 2tbsp
Salt to taste

Method

Soak the dry red chillies in curd for 2-3 hrs.

Grind Garlic and chillies ( with curd) into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and add the above paste. Let it cook for 10 mins, or till it becomes a little thick and starts leaving the oil on the edges. Add salt.

The spicy tangy Garlic Chutney is ready. Enjoy with Parathas, Theplas, Roti or Baati. Goes really well with Bajre ki roti.

( If you find the chutney too spicy for your taste, You can reduce the heat by adding 1tbsp of Malai, and let it cook for 10 mins).
