Baked Vegetables in Red Sauce





Ingredients

5-6 Florets of Broccoli chopped
1 medium Zucchini chopped
1 Carrot chopped
2 French Beans chopped
5-6 Florets of Cauliflower chopped
1 tspolive oil
1/2 cup cheese grated
Chilly falkes
Salt to taste

Red Sauce 

5 medium size Tomatoes
1 Onion 
4-5 Cloves of Garlic
2-3 Basil leaves crushed
1 tbsp cheese grated
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilly flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Take tomatoes, onion and garlic in a mixer amd make a puree out of it.
In a pan heat oil and add crushed basil leaves, puree, grated cheese and cook it for 15 minuted or till thick.
Add salt and seasoning.
Sauce is ready.

Method

In a pan heat oil and add all the vegetables and saute for 5 minutes, add salt and chilly flakes


In a baking dish arrange all the vegetables and pour sauce on top of them.

Now put grated cheese on top.


Bake on 200 for 15 minutes or till the cheese becomes golden.

Baked Vegetables is ready to be served.
